In Fulfillment Of This Public Procurement, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Following Activities In A Qualitative And Timely Manner, In Full Accordance With The Current Regulations And With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority: Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of All Parts Of The Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For The Constructions For The Constructions - Subject Of The Order, In Volume And Content According To The Zut, Including Conformity Assessment And Technical Control Of The Constructive Part According To Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut, If Necessary, And Preparation Of Complex Reports On The Performed Conformity Assessment; Assisting The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordinating And Approving Investment Projects And Issuing Building Permits; Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Constructions - Subject Of The Order Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut, The By-Laws On Its Implementation And Other Relevant Normative Documents; Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Investment Projects, Prepared In Case Of Necessary Changes In The Approved Investment Projects Within The Scope Of The Essential Changes Under Art. 154, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code During Construction, For The Construction - Subject Of The Order, In Volume And Content According To The Civil Code, Including Compliance Assessment And Technical Control Of The Structural Part According To Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut, If Necessary, And Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Performed Conformity Assessment; Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of All Parts Of The Investment Projects, Prepared In Case Of Necessary Changes In The Approved Investment Project Within The Scope Of The Essential Changes Under Art. 154, Para. 2 Of The Zut During Construction, And Supplementing The Issued Construction Permits; Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works, Incl.
