During The Previous Procurements, Elering As Has Built The Foundation Of The Backup Transformer In The Tartu 330/110/20 Kv Substation And Installed A New 330 Kv Backup Transformer A5t On It. With This Tender, Elering Creates Reservability For The 330 Kv Transformers A1t And A2t By Reconstructing The Protection And Automation Systems Of The Transformers And Installing Current-Limiting Reactors For The 20 Kv Arm Of The 330 Kv Transformers. The Primary And Secondary Connections Will Be Built In Such A Way That Readiness Is Created For The Quick Commissioning Of The A5t Transformer As A Reserve Unit Instead Of Either A1t Or A2t. The Exact Conditions Are Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of Public Procurement.
