The Claims Statistics Will Be Analyzed As A Whole By The Adjudicator, Which Will Notably Allow The Implementation Of Integrated Prevention Plans Linked To The Different Policies. The Contracting Authority Expressly Reserves The Right Not To Award The Contract, Or To Redo The Procedure, If Necessary Using Another Method.
