The audit is to be conducted according to the grant agreement and audit instructions on audit of project as shared by Norwegian Peoples, Aid ( NPA Jrequirement Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendation The consultancy service will be of reviewing completeness and accuracy of the financial reports prepared by the Women Advancement organization Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes Review all financial materials and procedures in order to spot errors or inefficiencies Indicate areas where risk is found in order to generate a more complete picture of financial responsibility To establish as to whether the expenditure by the recipient organization is in line with the proposed budget lines To confirm as to whether the total funds disbursed by the donors have been recorded and accounted for well Help correcting any discrepancies found in the project financial system for better accountability. Purpose of the assignment The purpose of an audit is to form a view on whether the information presented in the financial report, taken as a whole, reflects the financial position of the organization at a given date.
