The Subject Of The Current Order Is Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electric Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage For Sites Of The Center Of The National Health Insurance Fund, The Health Insurance Fund And The Health Insurance Fund - Sofia Region. 1. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: 1.1. Delivery Of The Necessary Amounts Of Net Active Low-Voltage Electrical Energy Specified In Item 2.4 Of The Technical Requirements And Specifications, With Possible Deviations In A Positive Or Negative Direction. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not Oblige The Employer To Use It. The Client Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Consumed Depending On The Need, And The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Delivery Period. 1.2. Preparation Of All The Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites On The Free Electricity Market And Carrying Out The Full Procedure For Their Registration. 1.3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of The Contractors Balancing Group According To The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Fee For Registration And Participation. 1.4. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting The Clients Electricity Consumption And Drawing Up Hourly Consumption Schedules. Notification (Registration) Of The Hourly Schedules In The Mms Of Eso As Well As Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Free Electricity Market, According To Ptee, Ze And Pikee; 2. The Estimated Amount Of Active Electrical Energy For 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Is Determined On The Basis Of The Measured Amounts Of Electrical Energy Consumed During The Past 7-Month Period And Is Estimated At 1008 Mwh. 3. The Indicated Estimated Quantity Of Electricity Consumption For The Contract Term Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Add New Sites, Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need.
