The Subject Of This Procurement Is Implementation Of Security Activities And Maintenance Of Systems Related To Security Activities In The Facilities Of The National Health Center Of The National Health Service I. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Main Activities: 1. Activity 1: Organization And Implementation Of Unarmed 24-Hour Physical Security Of The Building Of The Center Of The National Health Insurance Fund, Located In The City Of Sofia, Krichim Street No. 1, Including Activities For The Protection Of The Employees And The Property Of The Employer At The Site, Through Security Guards, As Well As Security With Signal Security Equipment (Sot) And With The Help Of Mobile Groups As Needed. On Working Days (From Monday To Friday), A Control And Access Regime Should Be Implemented In The Site For The Working Hours Of The Employees. 2. Activity 2: Subscription Technical Prevention, Maintenance And Repair Of The Built Security Systems With Sot, Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance And Access Control Of The Building Of The Center Of The National Health Service, Located In The City Of Sofia, Krichim Street No. 1 And Subscription Technical Prevention , Maintenance And Repair Of The Built Systems For Video Surveillance And Control Of Access To The Building Of The National Center For Public Health And Analysis (Ncpha), Located In The City Of Sofia, Blvd. Acad. Ivan Evstatiev Geshov No. 15, North Wing Of Floor No. 11. The Subject Of The Assignment Includes Delivery And Installation Of Spare Parts And Components For The Specified Systems, When This Is Necessary To Ensure Their Trouble-Free Functioning. Ii. 1. In Order To Become Familiar With The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out, The Contracting Authority Organizes An Inspection For All Interested Parties. During The Inspection, Individuals Will Be Able To Ask Questions Arising From The Inspection. 2. The Inspection Is Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Announcement Of The Order To 10 Days Before The Expiration Of The Period For Receiving Offers Specified In The Announcement. The Inspection Takes Place After A Prior Request And Agreement On The Date And Time With A Representative Of The Contracting Authority At 02/965 9291 Or 02/956 9293. 3. A Maximum Of Two Representatives Of The Interested Party Are Allowed To The Inspection. To Ensure Access, The Following Documents Should Be Presented: - An Identity Document; - A Power Of Attorney, In Case The Person Performing The Inspection Is Not A Legal Representative Of The Participant. 4. After The Inspection, A Two-Sided Protocol Is Signed - Sample No. 3 Attached To The Public Procurement Documentation. Note: The Offer Of A Participant, In Which Protocols For The Inspection Of The Objects Are Not Attached, Will Not Be Considered And The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 2, B A Of The Civil Code.
