The Work Must Primarily Be Carried Out In Residential Areas. The Undertaking Thus Includes Earthwork, Construction And Forging Work As Well As Pipe Delivery. The Tender Material Includes Branch Lines From Consumers Who, At The Time Of The Tender, Have Entered Into An Agreement With Ringsted Fjernvarme. Within The Schedule, The Contractor Must Be Able To Withstand The Construction Of Branch Lines For Customers Who Sign Up For District Heating Supply During The Execution Of The Project. The Work Is Expected To Be Carried Out With Several Digging Fronts For Main Lines And Several Digging Teams For Branch Lines. The Contractor Must Be Able To Provide An Extra Digging Team Within 48 Hours, Which Applies To Both Main And Branch Lines, If Deemed Necessary For The Progress Of The Work And Compliance With The Schedule. Power Lines Are Located On Both Public And Private Land. The Developer Has Obtained General Permits For The Location Of The Cables. The Work Is Expected To Be Handed Over On 11 March 2025 And Must Be Carried Out For Delivery On 19 December 2025.
