This Contract Covers The Following Chapters: ° Civil Liability - Component 1: General Liability - Component 2: Objective Liability - Component 3: School And Extracurricular Liability - Component 4: Mandatory Liability (Safety Of Elected Officials) - Component 5: Administrator Liability - Part 6: Rc Organization Of Temporary Activities - Part 7: Rc Architect ° Heritage - Part 8: Fire And Related Perils (Including Cyber Assistance) - Part 9: All Computer And Electronic Risks ° People - Part 10: Work Accidents - Part 11: Bodily Accidents For Agents ° Mobility - Component 12: Auto Insurance - Component 13: Omnium Mission Bidders Are Required To Submit Offers For All Of These Components. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Manage Its Insurance Portfolio As A Whole With The Same Company/Broker, Which Allows It To Have A Global Vision Of Policy And Risk Management. The Claims Statistics Will Be Analyzed As A Whole By The Adjudicator, Which Will Notably Allow The Implementation Of Integrated Prevention Plans Linked To The Different Policies. The Contracting Authority Expressly Reserves The Right Not To Award The Contract, Or To Redo The Procedure, If Necessary Using Another Method.
