Fraunhofer Ise Is Currently Building A Process Chain Consisting Of Systems And Individual Processes In Order To Expand Large-Area Si Solar Cells With A Second Monolithic Solar Cell Based On Organo-Halide Perovskites To Form So-Called Tandem Cells. For This, A Baking Process Must Take Place In Order To Convert An Inorganic Porous Framework Structure Infiltrated With Organic Precursors Into The Desired Perovskite Phase. This Baking Process Is Intended To Heat Several Wafers With A Large Area (M12, 210X210mm2) Simultaneously, Homogeneously, With Fast Heating And Cooling Ramps In A Defined Gas Atmosphere.
