It Has Been Decided To Offer The Project Together As A Turnkey Contract. The Reason For This Is That It Is Assessed To Be The Most Optimal For The Project, Both For The Sake Of Removing Interfaces In The Project And Thereby Minimizing The Risk, And To Achieve The Best Solution For The Project By Letting The General Contractor Come Up With Optimizations During The Tender Period In Relation To The Total Construction. It Is Assessed That The Form Of Tender, Tender With Negotiation, Can Be Used In Accordance With The Rules For This, As It Is A Total Contract, Where Adaptations Will Be Made In Connection With The Tender, Which Is Why Prior Negotiations Are Needed.
