The Facilities Of Base 0 Of Samur Civil Protection Constitute The Headquarters Of The Operations Of An Essential Municipal Service That Provides Emergency Health Care To The City, And Which Is Part Of The Comprehensive Response Of The Madrid City Council In Serious Crisis Situations. In This Base, Which Has Facilities That Have A Total Of 9000 Square Meters Plus Outdoor Facilities, All The Central Services Are Concentrated, Which Are Distributed Daily Throughout Madrid, And It Contains The Material Resources And Equipment Necessary For The Provision.
