Tenders are invited for Supply of Planks / Carpentry Related Products / Glass and Aluminium Related Products The registration fee for each subject in respect of supplying goods/materials and services mentioned above is Rs. 1000/-, Applications are invited from reputed manufacturers, suppliers and contractors to be registered for the supply of following goods and services for the year 2025. Applications prepared in accordance with the specimen format given below should be sent by registered post or hand delivered to reach "Secretary, Galgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha, Galgamuwa" before 31.12.2024. "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2025" should be mentioned at the top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the application. Applications received after the closing date will be rejected. General Conditions 1. Every supplier/contractor should attach a copy of the business registration certificate and a copy of the VAT registration certificate. 2. Payments can be made at the Galgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha office. If applying by post, it should be paid only by a cheque addressed to the "Secretary, Galgamuwa Pradeshiya Sabha". Postal orders will not be accepted. 3. Credit facilities should be provided to the Council for a period of 30 days for all supplies.
