DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Provide a museum concept and conceptual design that gives a visual representation of the reconstruction & adaptive use of the site comprising the Morant Bay Courthouse and annex building as a museum that will capture and document the history of the Morant Bay Rebellion and its defining impacts on modern Jamaica. AVAILABILITY OF TENDER DOCUMENTS: Interested bidders can obtain tender documents as of Saturday, October 19, 2024, via the GOJ Electronic Procurement Platform (GOJEP). All queries concerning the tender documents shall be made via the GOJEP Platform. No clarification will be addressed by any other means. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: The bid submissions are to be uploaded on the GOJEP platform on or before the deadline of 1400 hrs, (Eastern Standard Time - Jamaica 2:00 p.m.) on Monday, November 11, 2024. Late bids will automatically be rejected by the system. BID VALIDITY: Bids shall be valid for a period of no less than One Hundred and Eighty Days (180) days after bid submission date.
