Tenders are invited for Procurement for the Provision of Janitorial and Cleaning Services for three (3) years for CHASE Fund. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Daily cleaning of seven (7) bathrooms (Mondays to Fridays) to include the supply of toiletries and equipment as well as a twice-yeariy detailed cleaning of the general office building. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: The Tender/s along with the required documents i.e., PPC certificate of registration, a valid TCC/ TCL. and all other relevant documentations as per Standard Bidding Documents, are to be uploaded on the GOJEP Platform on or before the deadline of 1400 hrs (2:00 p.m.) on Monday, November 11, 2024. Late bids will automatically be rejected by the system. BID VALIDITY: Bids shall be valid for a period of no less than One Hundred and Eighty Days (180) days after bid submission date. STANDSTILL NOTICE PERIOD: The Standstill notice penod shall be three (3) days.
