The Ordering Party Strives, In Collaboration With A Supplier, To Create A Safe And Secure Environment For Citizens, Both Those Living At Home And Those In Care Centers, By Using An Emergency Call System. The Emergency Call Solution Must Be A Reliable And Integrated Part Of A Care System That Ensures Quick And Efficient Response In Emergency Situations. The Solution Must Partly Meet High Standards For Security And Functionality, And Partly Support The Staff In Their Daily Work. The Emergency Call System Must Prioritize Safety And Reliability, Ensure Quick Response And Minimize The Risk Of Technical Errors. The Solution Must Be Intuitive And Easy To Use For Both Citizens And Staff, With Clear Instructions And Minimal Training. The Parties To The Contract Must Also Focus On Continuous Evaluation And Improvement Of The System Based On Feedback From Users And Technological Progress. All Data Must Be Treated Confidentially And In Accordance With Applicable Data Protection Legislation, To Ensure Citizens Privacy. The Contract Includes The Implementation, Operation And Maintenance Of A Cloud-Based Control Center Solution For All The Municipalitys Emergency Call Systems. The Contract Implies That The Supplier Must Carry Out Conversion, Setup/Programming And Replacement Of Sim Cards In New And Existing Emergency Call Systems During The Implementation Period For The New Administration System And Application Solution. After The Implementation Period, The Ordering Partys Technical Staff Take Over The Setup And Deployment Of The Pre-Installed Emergency Call Systems. The Supplier Must Supply Sim Cards For All Emergency Call Systems Throughout The Contract Period. The Supplier Must Also Replace Approximately 250 Of The Ordering Partys Current Emergency Call Systems. The Contract Includes Options For The Delivery Of An Emergency Call System, Transmitter Unit, Universal Transmitter Unit, Motion Sensor And Additional Connectivity.
