That, According To The Definition Of Numeral 13 Of Article 2 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is One Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust A Natural Or Legal Person With The Execution Of Tasks; That, Likewise, The “Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Event Medical And Mekics Brand Mechanical Ventilators, Belonging To Various Services Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Are Classified As Regular Service, As It Corresponds To Those That Are Required Permanently And That Use Personnel. Intensively And Directly For The Provision Of What Is Required By The Bidding Entity, As Verified In The Specific Case Of This Tender; That, The Budget Estimate For This Service Purchase Has Been Established In The Section Of Those Contracts Equal To Or Greater Than 100 Utm And Less Than 1,000 Utm; That After The Respective Queries, The “Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Mechanical Ventilators Brands Event Medical And Mekics, Belonging To Various Services Of The Hospital Del Salvador”, Are Not Available In The Framework Agreement Modality In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Information System Of The Shopping Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl.
