The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Lifetime To Any Candidate Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties. After The Entry Into Force Of The Selection Decision, A Second Stage Of The Procedure Follows/Collection Of Bids Under Specific Invitations/: During The Validity Of The Dsp, The Contracting Authority Will Announce Limited Procedures. For This Purpose, The Procuring Entity Will Send An Invitation To Tender For A Specific Public Procurement To Those Suppliers Who Have Been Qualified/Admitted. The Offers Contain A Technical And Price Proposal. After Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Select The Contractor/S, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract/S For Awarding The Delivery Of The Relevant Medical Devices.
