Deliveries Of Pre-Insulated Pipes, Shaped Parts And Components For Them For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia - Burgas Ad Described In Appendix No. 1 Specification And Estimated Quantities Of The Technical Specification. The Delivery Is Not One-Time, But Periodic For The Duration Of The Contract At The Request Submitted In Advance By The Contracting Authority, Depending On His Needs. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Approximately Necessary For The Entire Period Of The Contract And Are Indicated Only For The Purpose Of Determining The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Pipes And Elements Other Than Those Listed In Appendix #1, As Well As Not To Order The Full Amount Listed In The Appendix. Failure To Order Any Of Them Does Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Pay A Price, Remuneration, Sanctions And/Or Fines For Lost Or Changed Quantities. The Goods Subject To The Order Must Be Certified By Accredited Quality Control Persons Certifying Their Compliance With The Technical Specifications Or Standards. The Underground Hot Water Piping System Shall Be A Factory-Built Connected Piping System Consisting Of Steel Service Pipe Insulated With Rigid Polyurethane (Pu) Foam, Encapsulated In A High Density Polyethylene (Hdpe) Pipe Jacket, All Suitable For Direct Laying In The Ground. All Requirements Are Described In The Technical Specification For The Public Procurement.
