Materials and Supplies Required to be Provided by the Contractor: - the Contractor shall Secure the Necessary Numbers and Tools for Implementation in Accordance with Article /44/ of Resolution /9333/ of 2022 Ad. - the Contractor shall not have the Right, after the Contract has been Approved and the Order to Proceed with Implementation has been Given, to Assign the Works Subject to the Contract in Whole or in Part or to Assign or Obligate Them in Whole or in Part to Other Persons as Subcontractors or under Another Formula or Name. - a Specialized Committee shall be Formed to Inspect, Supervise and Ensure that Repairs are Carried out in Accordance with the Conditions Specified in the Specifications and Contract Books. - the Contractor shall Guarantee the Repairs and Parts Provided for a Period of (700 Working Hours or Nine Months / Whichever Comes First /) Starting from the Date of the Provisional Acceptance Report.
