The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Metal Ion Generation System (Mivoc) With An Ion Beam Slowing And Imaging System, Together With A Cylindrical Electron Spectrometer And Uhv Equipment, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Transport The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Buildings In Kielce; 2) Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party; 4) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Order 5) Providing Warranty Service During The Warranty And Warranty Period, On The Terms Specified In The Contract. 4. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For The Delivered Devices Is Min. 12 Months
