The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Renovation Of The District Road 1817K (Ul. Zamkowa) From Km 2+899.00 To Km 4+030.00 In Bulowice, Oświęcim County. Renovation Of The District Road 1817K Ul. Zamkowa From Km 2+899.00 To Km 4+030.00 In Bulowice, Will Consist In Dismantling The Existing Roadside On Both Sides To A Depth Of 12.5 Cm And A Width Of 75 Cm. In Place Of The Excavation And After Profiling The Bottom And Compacting It, An Iomb 100X 75X12.5 Board Will Be Installed. The Holes In The Slab Will Be Filled With Demolition Aggregate And Compacted Using A Compactor, The Remaining Aggregate Will Be Transported From The Construction Site. Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Works Notification. Note: If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor (The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way) And This Could Lead To Preferential Treatment Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Offered Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
