The Subject Of The Order Are Secretarial And Assistant Services Along With Office Support For The Needs Of Kowr Ot In Wrocław, Under Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Fully Handle Incoming And Outgoing Correspondence, Including: A) Keeping Records Of Correspondence In The Electronic Document Management System (The System Operating At The Ordering Partys, Supporting Document Circulation, Hereinafter Referred To As Ezd), Including Document Scanning, B) Maintaining A Postal Sending Book And A Register Of Unregistered Shipments, 2) Operating A Virtual Telephone Exchange, Consisting In Managing Incoming Calls And Redirecting Them To Telephone Numbers Of Individual Employees Of The Ordering Party, 3) Recording Departures And Business Trips Of The Ordering Partys Employees (Writing Out Delegations, Time Cards And Settling Them), 4) Preparing Reports And Orders For Articles And Materials Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Off-Site Section In Rakowice Wielkie, 5) Performing Other Office Activities As Part Of Meeting The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including: A) Office Services, I.E., Among Others: Accepting And Distributing Correspondence And Parcels, Registering Correspondence In The Ezd System, Sorting And Forwarding Correspondence To Addressees In The Branch Section In Rakowice Wielkie, Keeping Records Of Incoming And Outgoing Correspondence, Receiving And Handling E-Mail And Other Ordering Party Programs, B) Assistant Services (Maintaining Meeting Schedule, Handling Business Meetings, Preparing Reports And Minutes For The Needs Of The Person In Charge Of The Branch Section In Rakowice Wielkie), C) Providing Information To Clients And Directing It To The Appropriate Organizational Units), D) Preparing The Content Of Letters And E-Mails, E) Forwarding It To Publishing Press Advertisements In The Press, F) Completing The Existing Documentation Of The Ordering Party In Order To Transfer It To The Archive By The Ordering Partys Employees.
