The Performance Of The Authorized Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Also Technical Supervision Of The Builder Or Tds) Will Mainly Consist In The Control Of The Construction Implementation Process As A Whole, The Control Of The Quality Of The Work Performed During Construction (In Accordance With The Approved Project Documentation, Legal Regulations And Technical Standards ), Control Of The Progress Of Construction In Relation To The Individual Progress Dates Of The Construction Schedule, Control Of Construction Costs, Management Of Document Management And Management Of Activities And Supervision Of The Fulfillment Of Contractual Obligations Of The Construction Contractor Towards The Client. Through Tds, The Contracting Authority As An Investor Fulfills Its Authority To Control The Progress And Quality Of Construction, Including Construction Costs.
