Astrid, The Government Agency Responsible For Critical Telecommunications Services In Belgium, Is Launching A Transformation Towards A Modernized, Next-Generation Psap (Public Safety Answering Point) Ecosystem (Next Gen / Ng). This Initiative Includes The Integration Of New Emergency Call Handling And Dispatching Processes With Enrichment Of Contextual Information And Communication Channels That Leverage The Power Of 4G/5G Networks, Enabling The Ng112 Mcx Standard And The European Delegated Regulation (Eu) 2023/444 Can Be Applied. This Assignment Concerns The Acquisition Of The Following Items: Item 1: Hardware, Software And Services That Are Part Of The Integration Platform - Dih (Digital Information Hub) - Of The Ng Psap Domain: All The Components That Form The Solution To Be Set Up . Item 2: Detailed Architecture Design Services: The Design And Detailed Architecture (Products And Software) Of The Integration Platform, Which Must Be Evolutionary, Secure And Reliable And In Accordance With The Criteria Established By Astrid. Item 3: Technical Rollout And Integration Performance:  Providing And Implementing The Connectivity Of The Platform Using Standard Technologies And Protocols*.  Configuring And Integrating The Integration Platform (Dih) Into The Existing Ecosystem And Ngpsap Infrastructure.  The Interconnectivity And Interoperability Of The Dih Components With The Main Functional Elements (Iam, Waf/Waap, Splunk Monitoring, Backup, Etc.) Item 4: Training Performance: Training For The Integration Layer. Item 5: Services For The Maintenance Of All The Platforms: - Support Of The Platforms In Compliance With Astrids “Slas” That Will Be Described In The Specifications.  Management Of The Lifecycle And Evolution Of The Platforms. Item 6: Project Management-Related Services:  Project Management Methodology,  Project Planning And Programming,  Resource Management,  Communication And Reporting,  Risk Management,  Quality Assurance,  Customer Involvement,  Budget And Cost Management,  Post-Implementation Support,  ...
