The Investment Switching To 400 Kv Voltage Of Portile De Fier - Reșita - Timișoara - Săcălaz - Arad, Lea 400 Kv Timișoara - Arad Stage Iii Is Planned To Be Carried Out In Romanias Energy Strategy For The Coming Years, Approved By Hg No. 1069/2007, For Increasing The Safety In Operation Of The National Electroenergetic System (Sen) In The Conditions Of The Appearance Of New Investments That Encourage The Efficient Use Of Primary Energy Resources And New Electricity Consumers. The Transition To 400 Kv Of The Portile De Fier - Reșița - Timișoara - Săcălaz - Arad Axis, Stage Iii Lea 400 Kv Timișoara - Arad Generates A Series Of Advantages, Both For The Operation Of The Internal Transmission Networks Of The Sen, And For The Consolidation Of The Interconnection With The Networks Bear. The Overhead Power Line 400 Kv Timișoara – Arad Will Be Made Up Of The Following Sections:  A Section Of Overhead Power Line 400 Kv Simple Circuit Between The Terminal Pole No. S1 In Front Of Săcălaz Station And The S24/Ca1 Terminal Pillar In Front Of Calea Aradului Station. The Section Will Have A Length Of About 7.7 Km (23 Single-Circuit Poles + 1 Terminal Double-Circuit Pole);  A Single-Circuit 400 Kv Overhead Power Line Section Between Terminal Pole No. S24/Ca1 In Front Of The Calea Aradului Station And The T39/Ca21 Pillar Where The Double Circuit Line Starts. The Section Will Have A Length Of About 5.4 Km (20 Poles Single Circuit);  A Single-Circuit 400 Kv Overhead Power Line Section Between The Terminal Pole No. T1 In Front Of The Timișoara Station And The T39/Ca21 Pole Where The Double-Circuit Line Starts. The Section Will Have A Length Of About 11.6 Km (38 Poles Single Circuit);  A Section Of Overhead Power Line 400 Kv Double Circuit Between The Pole T39/Ca21 Where The Double Circuit Line Starts And The Terminal Pole Numbered T165/Ca147 In Front Of The Arad Station. The Section Will Have A Length Of About 42.5 Km (127 Poles Double Circuit). The Works For The Lea 400 Kv Timișoara - Arad Will Be Purchased Through A Single Contract Under Which The Bidder Must Provide All The Products, Works And Services Necessary For The Investment, Including The Design Which Consists Of: - The Development Of The Documentation For The Site Organization (Dtoe ); - Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation To Update All The Approvals, Agreements And Construction/Demolition Authorization Necessary For The Investment; - Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation To Obtain Work Authorizations For Crossing Roads, Railways, Leas, Canals, Etc.; - Elaboration / Design Of Execution Details (De); - Development Of Revised Documentation After Assembly (As-Built).
