This RFT is seeking : a) Methodology and pricing for the Halifax Street and Collingwood Street Watermain Upgrade b) Contractors with experience in stakeholder management The Head Contractor will hold expertise in construction planning, sequencing and staging approaches to the build, provide pricing, risk management and stakeholder management activities during construction.
