In compliance with the RFP Instructions and General Conditions of Contract, we the undersigned, offer to furnish some or all the items quoted for, at the prices entered in the attached DRC Bid Form No ITB-SSD-MAK- 2024-01 delivered to the destination specified therein. 2. We accept the terms and conditions set forth in the RFP Letter and the following requirements have been noted and will be complied with where applicable: a.
