Scope of Work The selected ISP will be responsible for providing the following services: High-speed internet connectivity (specify required bandwidth) Installation and setup of necessary hardware and software Ongoing technical support and maintenance Backup solutions and redundancy options (if applicable) Service Level Agreement (SLA) detailing uptime guarantees and support response times Requirements Interested providers must meet the following criteria: Proven experience in delivering internet services in South Sudan Ability to provide scalable solutions as our needs grow References from at least three similar clients Compliance with local regulations and industry standards Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Cost-effectiveness Quality and reliability of service Providers experience and reputation Customer support and responsiveness Important terms and conditions. 1.
