The Federation Of Lapland Is Requesting An Offer From The Conference Offices For The Conference Office Services Of The International 15Th Fennoscandian Exploration And Mining Conference Week (Fem 2025) To Be Organized On 27-31 October 2025, In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Main Organizer Of The Conference Is The Federation Of Lapland. Fem Project Manager Riitta Muhojoki Is Responsible For The Coordination And Arrangements Of The Fem Event Complex. The Work Of The Conference Office Will Mainly Consist Of Customer Service, Processing Registrations And Managing Payment Traffic. The Job Requires A High-Quality Conference Management System And Strong Experience In Managing It. The Language Used For The Event Is English, Communication With The Organizer Is In Finnish. The Responsible Persons Appointed By The Conference Office Must Have Fluent Finnish And English (Spoken And Written). We Expect The Service Provider To Take The Take It Out Step Implemented By The Federation Of Lapland In The Execution Of The Assignment.
