3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Delivery Of Multimedia Equipment As Part Of The Edu - Eco Project. The Tasks Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Edu - Eco, Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0068/23-00 Entitled: Edu - Eco, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Region For The Years 2021 - 2027.3.2. Due To The Extensive Description, The Ordering Party Included A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery, Delivery, Commissioning, Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party At Its Registered Office. 3.4. The Delivery Includes In Particular: Laptops, Tablets, Active Monitors, Multifunctional Devices, Server, Server Operating System, Network Switch, Loudspeaker, Wireless Mouse, Etc. In The Quantities And Parameters Specified In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.5. Cpv Code: 32420000-3 Network Equipment, 32413100-2 Network Routers, 8000000-8 Software Packages And Information Systems, 30231310-3 - Flat Panel Displays, 30232000-4 Peripheral Equipment, 30213100-6 Portable Computers, 42962000-7 Devices Printing And Graphics , 3.6. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Supplied Equipment - Devices Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (And As Many Are Required), And Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device Or Equipment In Annex No. 8. 3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Annex No. 8 Technical Parameters, Completed - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including A Description Of The Offered Products Confirming Compliance With All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name , Model Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Devices, Part Number. If The Manufacturer Does Not Assign The Above Names/Catalogue Numbers To The Devices, The Contractor Will Attach A Statement That The Manufacturer Does Not Assign These Names To The Devices. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. Failure To Submit Annex No. 8 Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus The Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure. 3.8. The Delivered Multimedia And Computer Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) The Delivered Devices (Subject Of The Order) Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third-Party Rights, C) Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, Incl. In Polish, D) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices And Equipment In Annex No. 8 To The Sw
