The Subject Of The Order Is The Scope Of The Service Including A Comprehensive Service Related To Catching And Keeping Homeless Animals From The Lubiszyn Commune In A Shelter, Including: 1) Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals, 2) Admitting An Animal To A Shelter (Including: Inspection Of The Animal By A Veterinarian, Vaccination Against Rabies, Deworming, Flea Treatment, Vaccination Against Infectious Diseases),3) Stay And Full Board Of The Dog And Cat In The Shelter, 4) Sterilization Of The Bitch, 5) Sterilization Of The Female Cat, 6) Castration Of The Dog, 7) Castration Of The Male Cat, 8) Permanent Marking Animal + Cost Of A Microchip,9) Veterinary Procedures Necessary To Save The Life Or Health Of The Animal,10) Activities Related To The Disposal Of Carcasses Of Dead Animals Under The Care Of The Shelter.11)Transporting Animals From Another Shelter.As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 12) Carry Out A 14-Day Quarantine For Newly Arrived Animals And, In The Event Of A Bite, Carry Out Observation For Rabies At A Facility Designated By The District Veterinarian, 13) Keep Records Of Animals And Submit Them On An Ongoing Basis To The Ordering Party - On A Monthly Basis, 14) Immediate Submission To The Ordering Party, Right After Catching The Animal, Information Containing A Short Description (Sex, Estimated Age, Special Features, Size Of The Animal, Breed) Along With A Photograph, 15) Advertisements For Adoption Of Animals From The Lubiszyn Commune, By Providing Photos With A Description Of Their Appearance And Behavior Towards To Other Animals And People On The Shelters Website, 16) Informing The Ordering Party About Each Time An Animal Leaves (Put Up For Adoption, Dies, Put To Sleep), 17) Keeps Animals In A Pen Appropriate To The Size Of The Animal And, If They Are Placed In One Pen, Two Or More Animals - Selecting Them In Terms Of Size And Behavior In Relation To Other Animals, In Particular: A. Sufficient Amount Of Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water In Accordance With Applicable Standards, B.
