1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For Heating And Domestic Purposes, Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas For Buildings Administered By The Municipal Real Estate Board In Jastrzębie-Zdrój.2. The List Of Collection Points Can Be Found In Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Has A Concluded, Valid Contract With The Local Distribution System Operator, Based On Which Natural Gas Can Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To The Above-Mentioned Entities. Buildings Administered By The Ordering Party - In The Case Of Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network.4. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure And Effectively Commence Natural Gas Supplies. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of An Appropriate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party Upon Concluding The Gas Fuel Supply Agreement. The Procedure For Changing The Seller Will Be Carried Out For The First Time. The Ordering Party Did Not Terminate The Comprehensive Gas Supply Agreements With The Current Seller (The Agreements With Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny S.A. Based In Warsaw Are Concluded Until December 31, 2024). The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Contract Concluded As Part Of The Promotional Campaign.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Is The Above-Mentioned Points Are: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch Gas Plant In Zabrze Ul. Szcześć Boże 11, 41-800 Zabrze.6. One Contract Will Be Concluded For All Buildings Indicated In Annex 9 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Issue Invoices Separately For Each Collection Point.7. Estimated Gas Consumption For The Bw-5 Tariff Group In Kwh, Divided By Months, Is Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz; For Other Tariff Groups, The Estimated Gas Consumption Is Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Column D).8. The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is Not Binding, It Was Determined Based On The Current Consumption And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With The Possibility Of Cost-Free Deviations From The Expected Consumption, Within The Rates Specified In The Offer.8.1. The Ordering Party Determines The Deviation From The Volume Indicated In Annexes No. 1A And 8 To The Swz By -/+ 20%, Stipulating That It Will Not Incur Any Financial Consequences If This Deviation Is Exceeded, And At The Same Time Undertakes To Pay For Actual Consumption At The Rates Specified In Proceedings.9. The Supplied Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards.
