Carpentry Installation Work – Mhh - K20 - Renovation Zmk - Trade: Carpentry Work. The Building K20 Of The Dental, Oral And Jaw Clinic (Zmk) Of The Hannover Medical School (Mhh) Was Built In The 1970S. The Building Is A Six-Story Structure With An Additional Attic For The Technology Center. The Standard Floors That Are Affected By The Construction Project Are Designated U0 And S0, Starting From Below. Due To A New Dental Licensing Regulation (Zappro), Which Came Into Force On October 1, 2020, Significantly More Phantom Course Places Are Required For Dental Teaching. This Increased Need Is To Be Taken Into Account By Renovating The Existing Course Hall And Creating A New Course Hall. The Area Around The Existing Phantom Course Room S0.1030 In The Southern Part Of The Building Will Be Fundamentally Renovated. In Addition To Replacing The Suspended Ceiling And Floor Covering, The Phantom Seats And Other Medical Equipment And Furniture Will Be Renewed. In Some Areas, Walls Will Be Demolished And New Lightweight Walls Will Be Erected. This Creates New Spaces. The New Phantom Course Hall With Adjoining Rooms Will Be Created From The Previous Large Laboratory S0.2070 And Adjacent Rooms In The Northern Part Of The Building. Here, Too, As In The Existing Hall, The Suspended Ceiling And Floor Covering Will Be Replaced, And Medical Equipment And Other Furniture Will Be Renewed. The Room Structure Is Made A Little Smaller By Demolishing And Rebuilding Walls. Special Requirements For Individual Rooms Such As Sound Insulation, Visual References Through Interior Windows And Maintaining Privacy Through Electrically Switchable Windows Are Taken Into Account. In Both Phantom Course Halls, The Building Technology And Electrical Systems Will Be Renewed And Adapted To The New Requirements. This Primarily Requires Work In The Basement Ceiling Area. There Will Be No Structural Expansion Of The Existing Building As Part Of The Construction Project. The Existing Spatial Structure Will Essentially Be Retained. Hall 1 Is Scheduled To Be Handed Over To The User On August 15, 2025. All Work Must Be Completed By Then As This Is A Fixed Deadline. Hall 2 Is Scheduled To Be Handed Over To The User On April 1, 2026. All Work Must Be Completed By Then As This Is A Fixed Deadline. With This Award Procedure, The Services For The Carpentry Trade Are Tendered. Trade: Carpentry Work 1St Construction Phase Essentially, The Sampling Takes Place First, Followed By The Work Planning Of The Interior Doors (7 Pieces), Different Versions Of The Interior Windows (4 Pieces), Breakdown Of The Hourly And Material Costs, Maintenance For Four Years 2.
