The State Treasury (Hereinafter The Client) Requests The Bidder To Make An Offer For The Administration Of The Estates Of Persons Who Have Died Without Heirs And Who Have Come To The State, In Accordance With The Territorial Division Presented Below. Due To The Clients Risk Management Restrictions, Each Bidder Can Only Be Accepted As A Contract Supplier For One Area. If The Bidder Were To Win The Competition In Several Areas, The Client Decides Which Area The Bidder Gets To Handle. Primarily, Bidders Are Selected For The Regions In Such A Way That Each Region Receives The Stated Number Of Suppliers. Eighteen Will Be Selected For Uusimaa, Six For Varsinais-Suomi, Five For Pirkanmaa And Four For Päijät-Hämee. In South Karelia, Central Finland, Kymenlaakso, North Karelia And North Savo, Three Suppliers Will Be Selected For Each Region. For South Ostrobothnia, South Savo, Kainuu, Kanta-Häme, Lapland, Ostrobothnia, North Ostrobothnia And Satakunta, Two Suppliers Will Be Selected For Each Region. At Least One Supplier Will Be Selected For Central Ostrobothnia. Partial Bids That Cover Only A Part Of The Care Of Dead Nests In A Certain Area Will Not Be Taken Into Account. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Subscriber Acquires The Services As Needed, And Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities.
