The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Property Legal Preparation Of The Construction Of The Railway Called Optimization And Electrification Of The Line Ostrava-Kunčice - Frýdek-Místek. The Subject Of The Activity Includes Contractual Security For Buyouts, Encumbrances Of Immovable Property, Rents For Construction Purposes And The Possible Delivery Of All Documents For Expropriation Proceedings. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Property Settlement Of The Construction Of The Railway In The Following Scope: • Conclusion Of Purchase Contracts The Contractor Will Ensure The Conclusion Of Contracts, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Transfer Of Ownership Rights Or The Right To Manage (Purchase Contracts, Contracts On The Transfer Of The Right/Authority To Manage State Property) To Land And Buildings Needed For The Realization Of The Railway Construction (Hereinafter Referred To As Land), With Their Owners Or Persons Authorized To Manage Them. If It Is Not Possible Due To Time Constraints On The Part Of The Owner Of The Land In Question (E.G. Czech Railways Or Local Government) To Conclude A Purchase Contract Or A Transfer Contract Within The Period Required For The Realization Of The Railway Construction, The Conclusion Of The Transfer Contract Can Be Replaced By The Conclusion Of A Contract That Gives The Customer The Right To Carry Out The Construction Railway On The Affected Land, E.G.
