The London Borough Of Redbridge (“The Council”) Are Seeking Tenders From Suitably Experienced And Qualified Organisations For The Provision Of Water Hygiene And Water Risk Assessment Services For The Council’S Corporate Properties Which Range From Buildings Such As Offices, Schools, Children’S Centres And A Small Number Of Depots. Contract Delivery Will Include But Will Not Be Limited To Planned Preventative Maintenance And The Provision Of Water Risk Assessments Of The Following Equipment:Monthly Temperature Monitoring, Showers, Cold Water Storage Tanks, Calorifiers, Expansion Vessels, Point Of Use Water Heaters And Thermostatic Mixing Valves.
