The Estimated Amount Of Electricity For 1 (One) Year Is Determined Based On The Consumption From The Month Of October 2023 To The Month Of September 2024 (Twelve Months), Which For This Period Is In The Amount Of 136.0694 Mwh And Based On These Data The Planned Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Next 12 Months Amounts To 190 Mwh. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract At Freely Agreed Prices According To Art. 100, Art. 102 And Art. 103 Of The Law On Energy And The Rules For Trade In Electric Energy For Powering The Sites Of Diagnostic - Consultative Center Chaika Eood, Varna. This Public Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Energy Law And The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy, The Rules Of Kevr And The Legal Amendments, As A Result Of Which All Non-Domestic Customers, Including Those Whose Objects Are Connected To The Electricity Distribution Network At The Level Low Voltage To Purchase Electricity For Their Needs At Freely Negotiated Prices.
