The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Srm And Authors Supervision) For The Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures For A Building With Administrative Address: City Of Haskovo, Stara Planina St. No. 65-67 Within The Scope Of This Public Procurement The Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 – Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase; Activity 2 – Implementation Of Cmr /Construction And Assembly Works/ According To The Approved Investment Project, Activity 3 – Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction. Description Of The Existing Multi-Family Residential Building: The Surveyed Building, Located At Stara Planina Street #65-67, Id. No. 77195.715.19.1 According To The Civil Code Of The Town Of Haskovo, Was Built And Put Into Operation In 1973 With The Purpose Of Being A Residential Building. It Consists Of Two Entrances With Garages And Basements On The Ground Floor, Eight Residential Floors And One Attic Floor. The Building Consists Of 48 Apartments, Located In Two Entrances With A Uniform Distribution On The Floors. The Description Of The Premises By Floor In Each Entrance Is As Follows: First Floor (±0.00) - 24 Basements, 1 Common Basement, 5 Garages, Stairwell, Elevator Shaft. The Building Consists Of 48 Apartments Located In 2 Entrances With A Uniform Distribution On The Floors. The Roof Of The Building Is Flat, Made Of A Reinforced Concrete Slab And Cement Screed For The Drainage Of Rainwater. The Drainage Is Internal, By Means Of Funnels And Drain Pipes. Bituminous Waterproofing Is Laid On Top - Two Layers With Fill On The Top Layer. The Facade Walls Of The Building Are Made Of Brickwork - 25 And 12 Cm. A Second Type Of Wall Is Distinguished When Using Terraces - Aerated Concrete Masonry With A Thickness Of 12 Cm. The Facades Are Finished With Finely Sprayed Plasters. During The Operation Of The Building, Partial Additional Thermal Insulation Was Carried Out On Separate Parts Of The Facades, Performed In A Different Way And With Different Materials. The Exterior Windows And Doors Of The Building Are Made Of Wooden Glued Windows With Double Glazing. During The Operation Of The Building, The Window Frames Were Replaced With Pvc And Al Window Frames With Glazing In The Living Quarters And Glazing Of Some Balconies, While Other Balconies Were Glazed With Metal Window Frames With Single Glass. In General, The Joinery In The Building Is In Poor Condition And Morally Outdated. The Flooring In The Common Parts Of The Building Is As Follows: In The Lobby, Stairs And Floor Areas - Mosaic, In Satisfactory Condition; In Basement Corridors, Basements And Technical Rooms - Cement Screed, In Poor Condition. The Walls In The Common Parts Of The Building Are As Follows: In The Lobby, Stairs And Floor Areas - Light Paint, Latex, In Poor Condition; In Basement Corridors, Basements And Technical Rooms - Without Finishing Works Of Rough Construction - Concrete And Brick, In Poor Condition. The Ceilings In The Common Parts Of The Building Are As Follows: In The Lobby, Stairs And Floor Areas: - Latex, In Poor Condition; In Basement Corridors, Basements And Technical Rooms - Without Finishing Works Of Rough Construction - Concrete, In Bad Condition.
