If The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Would Indicate In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Technical, Operational, Utility, Quality And Functional Parameters That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party.
