Tenders Are Invited For Electricity Supply

1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Augustów. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Sale Of Electricity To The Electricity Consumption Points Indicated In The Opz. 3. The Total Estimated Demand For Electricity For All Ppe Covered By The Order For The Entire Period Of Its Implementation Is Approximately 1,057.890 Mwh.4. The Estimated Demand For Electricity Is Indicative Only And Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Purchase The Energy In The Given Amount. 5. The Final Amount Of Energy Purchased Will Depend On Actual Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In The Event Of Even Significantly Lower Or Higher Energy Consumption During The Contractual Period.6. The Contractor May Not Pursue Any Financial Claims (E.G. Compensation) From The Ordering Party If, During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Purchases From The Contractor A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Electricity Than The Forecast, Indicated In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which May Be Caused By In Particular Increasing Or Decreasing The Amount Of Ppe.7. The Ordering Party Guarantees Energy Consumption Of At Least 50% Of The Given Amounts. 8. The Order Does Not Include The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services.9. Electricity Will Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Dso. 10. The Ordering Party Will Conclude A Separate Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services With The Distribution System Operator (Dso). 11. After Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, The Ordering Party Will Authorize And Oblige The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected To Submit, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Notification On The Selection Of The Electricity Seller To The Distribution System Operator And To Complete All Formalities Related To The Procedure For Changing The Supplier. 12. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Dso About The Selection Of The Electricity Seller No Later Than December 10, 2024. 13. Sales Will Begin After The Effective Notification Of The Contract To The Distribution Network Operator For Each Electricity Consumption Point, From December 1, 2024. January 2025. 14. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Number Of Energy Consumption Points By A Maximum Of 1 Electricity Consumption Point, However, The Increase In The Number Of Electricity Consumption Points Will Take Place Only Within The Tariff Groups Indicated In The Offer. 15. The Ordering Party Declares That It Has Legal Title To The Real Estate To Which Electricity Is To Be Supplied Under This Contract. 16. Billing Will Be Based On Actual Electricity Consumption Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems. 17. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Exercise The Right To Limit The Amount Of Electricity Prices During The Order Execution Period In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provision
