The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Replacement Of Lockers With Electronic Locks (Battery Powered) Opened Individually Using A Transponder In The Locker Rooms Of The Delfin Indoor Swimming Pool. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Also The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Attached To The Swz (Annex No. 4). The Ordering Party Requires At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For Swimming Pool Lockers (Except For The Electronic Opening System), Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Warranty And Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers, In Accordance With Chapter Xxviii Of The Swz. The Quality Warranty Period Declared In The Offer Form Will Be Entered To The Public Procurement Contract). For The Electronic Opening System, The Contracting Authority Requires At Least 24 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Offers With Shorter Quality Warranty And Warranty Periods Than Those Specified Above Will Be Considered Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order And Will Be Rejected By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
