In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Individually Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employers Requirements. Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of An Object: Correction Of The Belishka River The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Consulting Activities For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision, In The Sense Of The Law For Territorial Planning (Zut) And The Normative Documents On Its Application For The Implementation Of Smr According To The Concluded Agreement No. Rd -02-30-941/04.06.2024 Between The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works And The Municipality Of Belica In The Subject Scope Of The Public Procurement The Following Activities Are Also Included: • Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Objects, For Which Construction Supervision Was Exercised During Construction; • Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Site, For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction.
