The contract works required are: Alterations to existing boys & girls toilet facilities in Block 1. Alterations to create new unisex WC + accessible WC, new wet area and new breakout space, within the existing toilet facilities area. New covered timber deck area with concrete ramp access. Covered deck fitted between existing toilet facilities areas in Block 1. New downpipe installed and connected to existing storm water disposal system. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
