Amgros Wishes To Enter Into Framework Agreements For The Purchase Of Hearing Aids, Remote Controls, Streamers, Battery Chargers, Crossovers, Earplugs And Supplementary Services, With A View To Supplying The Stakeholders Public Hearing Clinics And Others Who Prescribe And Fit Hearing Aids In The Public System. Amgros Resells The Above Goods To The Regions At A Purchase Price With A Percentage Surcharge And/Or Fee Per Hearing Aid. This Tender Is An Independent Part Of The Overall Hearing Aid Tender (Main Tender), Which Is Registered Under Tender Order Number 317441-2024 And Has Just Been Completed. Although This Sub-Contract Will Form Part Of The Hearing Aid Agreement, Which Is Covered By The Said Main Tender, This Sub-Tender Is Open To All Interested Bidders. Amgros Thus Invites Both Former Participants In The Main Tender And New Suppliers To Submit Offers Under This Partial Contract. Non-Rechargeable Behind-The-Ear Hearing Aids Must Be Offered. See The Tender Material For A Detailed Description Of The Treatment Category, Including The Relevant Technical Requirements For The Hearing Aids In The Treatment Category As Well As Other Requirements For Submitting Offers Under The Treatment Category. The Offer Must Also Include Various Accessories As Described In More Detail In The Tender Materials, Cf. Also The General Description Of The Framework Agreements In Section 2. Amgros Intends To Conclude 3-5 Framework Agreements For Treatment Category 3A. The Tender Includes A Framework Agreement With The Hearing Clinic In The Faroe Islands. The Framework Agreements Are Non-Exclusive.
