The Contracting Authority Does Not Have A Listing Precisely Listing The State Of Its Fleet. Having Regard To The Nature And Purpose Of The Contract And In Order To Avoid Any Situation Of Conflict Of Interest Or Abuse Of Dominant Position On The Part Of The Service Providers, The Current Service Provider, In Charge Of The Stock Market Of Works Poses- Boiler, Is Not Authorized To Tender For This Contract This Framework Agreement Can Be Tacitly Renewed 3 Times.
