Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Troubleshooting Of Hot Water Production Equipment (Heating And Sanitary) And Ventilation (Vmc)

The Market Is Divided Into 2 Lots And Will Begin On April 1, 2025 And End On March 31, 2028. Each Lot Can Be Awarded Independently Of The Other. This Market Is Considered A Multi-Service Market Which Consists Of The Control And Maintenance Of Hot Water Production Equipment, Possible Repairs On These Devices, The Control Of Autonomous Smoke Detection Devices And The Maintenance Of Ventilation Systems (Vmc) Of Equipped Housing. The Objective Is To Control And Maintain All Of The Assets And Provide Childcare All Year Round (From April 1, 2022 To March 31, 2025). The Quantities Provided For In This Contract May Vary Following Construction, Renovation Or Sale Of Housing Operations, But Also Following Changes In The Permanent Inventory That Is Carried Out. No Supplement Or Compensation May Be Claimed For A Variation In The Volume Of Orders, Given That The Volumes Are Not Guaranteed And That The Unit Prices Are Applied According To The Successful Bidders Offer. The Successful Bidder Must Use His Own Means To Make Appointments With The Tenants.
