The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Ostrów Commune. The Order Includes The Delivery And Replacement Of Existing Non-Energy-Saving Luminaires With New Led 70-75W Luminaires With A Total Number Of 805 Pieces In The Existing Street Lighting In The Ostrów Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of A Traffic Management Design And Construction Site Marking For The Duration Of The Replacement Of Luminaires B) Dismantling Of Luminaires And Their Disposal C) Installation Of New Fuses D) Replacement Of New Terminals, Fuses And Power Cables (Section From The Line To The Luminaire) E) Conducting An Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Lighting Installation, Including Booms. F) Preparing Technical Documentation Describing The Modernization Of The Devices, In Particular: A Tabular Summary Of Lighting Devices Characterizing Each Luminaire In Relation To The Control System, Location, Pole Number, Luminaire Type, And Luminaire Power. G) Delivery And Installation Of New Led Lighting Fixtures 70-75W H) Performing Necessary And Legally Required Electrical Measurements I) Preparing A List Of The Mentioned Lighting Fixtures J) The Fixtures Must Meet The Requirements Contained In Annex 3 To Swz 3. The Order Is Co-Financed From The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program Of The Ninth Edition Of We Light Up Poland 4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Of An Auxiliary Nature In Determining The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Equivalent Solutions With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supply He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. It Is Allowed To Offer Equipment With Higher Parameters. The Contractors Obligation To Demonstrate Product Equivalence Is An Obligation Arising From The Act, Which May Be Fulfilled In Any Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Determine The Compliance Of The Systems, Technologies, Materials/Products Or Devices Offered In The Offer With The Requirements Specified In The Design Documentation And Specifications, Which Should Be Demonstrated At The Stage Submitting Offers Containing Equivalent Products. If Documents Confirming The Use Of Technologies, Systems, Devices And/Or Materials/Equivalent Products Are Not Attached, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Has Presented In Its Offer The Systems, Technologies, Devices And Materials/Products Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors.
