The Tender, Which Is Carried Out As A Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With §§ 61-66 Of The Public Procurement Act, Concerns The Construction Of A New Police Station In Horsens By Renovating And Rebuilding An Existing Building On Chr. M. Østergaards Vej 4 And 4A, 8700 Horsens In Turnkey Contract. The Tender Is Carried Out By Projektselskabet Cmø Aps. The Tendered Agreement Is Entered Into With A View To Fulfilling A Lease Agreement Between Projektselskabet Cmø Aps And The Danish Building Agency, Which Involves The Fitting Out Of Existing Buildings As Well As The Construction Of A New Garage Building In Accordance With The Danish Building Agencys Specific Requirements And Wishes, Which Is Why The Contract Is Covered By The Public Procurement Act. Since The Obligation To Tender Follows From The Projektselskabet Cmø Aps Agreement With The Danish Building Agency, The Legal Status And The Activity Of The Contracting Authority, Cf. 1.1 Stated On The Basis Of The Danish Building Authoritys Conditions. No Competitive Remuneration Is Awarded For Participation In The Tender.
