As The Need For Jet-A1 Kerosene Has Been Growing For Several Years And Is Expected To Increase Further Given The Growth In Aircraft Movements And The Tonnage Transported, Liege Airport Is Seeing An Increase In The Volumes Of Fuel Put On Board Aircraft. In Order To Carry Out This Mission, Liege Airport Wishes To Be Accompanied By A Team Of Project Authors Whose Aim Is The Creation Of Two Jet-A1 Fuel Storage Tanks In The Airside Zone And Their Connection To The Existing Installations Of The Oil Park. From The Airport. This Complete Mission Of Project Author Includes All The Studies Relating To The Design, Architecture, Stability And All The Special Techniques Necessary For The Functioning And Exploitation Of The Envisaged Infrastructure, As Well As The Preparation Of The Market Work Which Will Follow The Completion Of This Mission And The Monitoring Of Its Execution, Including The Drafting Of The Permit Application. The Design Will Be Based On The Sketches Previously Produced And Validated As Part Of The Contract Concluded With The First Design Office. This Contract Is Made Up Of Four Phases: Closed Section: Project Study And Design: • Phase A: Preliminary Project; • Phase B: Project; • Phase C: Preparation Of The Permit Application File. Conditional Section 1: Technical Specifications For The Works Contract: • Phase D: Drafting Of The Technical Clauses Of The Special Specifications. Conditional Section 2: Technical Analysis Of Offers Within The Framework Of The Works Contract: • Phase E: Technical Analysis Of Offers Received.
