Tenders are invited for Delivery of 4x6 Tarpaulins with IOM and USAID logo to Bunia (Ituri) The prices and discounts offered by the Bidder shall comply with the requirements specified below. All items and lots (if any) shall be listed and priced separately. The price to be offered shall be the total price of the bid, excluding any discounts offered. The Bidder shall cite any unconditional discounts and indicate the terms of their application. The INCOTERMS shall be governed by the rules prescribed in the 2020 edition of INCOTERMS, published by the International Chamber of Commerce. The INCOTERM rules and the place of destination are specified in Section The bid security must be included in the bid. If a bid security is required by the ITB but is not included in the bid, the bid will be rejected. If the amount of the bid security or its validity period is less than that required by the IOM, the IOM will reject the bid. In the event that electronic submission is permitted in Section 3: Data Sheet, bidders must include a copy of the bid security with their bid and the original bid security must be mailed or delivered in person in accordance with the instructions in Section 3: Data Sheet. Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of the bid validity period prescribed by the IOM in accordance with Article 18 (Bid Validity Period). The expected duration of the LTA is: 3 years with the possibility of extension up to 1 additional year subject to satisfactory performance of the Supplier and price competitiveness. The estimated volume to be purchased is: 2,000,000.00USD. LTAs are considered non-exclusive and the estimated volume is based on a forecast of needs and does not constitute a commitment to place orders up to the volume. IOM reserves the right to enter into long-term agreements with multiple suppliers and the right to share the award of contracts among long-term agreement holders if this is in the best interest of IOM.
